Landview Surveyors are expanding and we’re looking for a passionate, client-focused Building Surveyor to help us grow our presence in and around Bath and Bristol.
We specialise in RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys and Red Book valuations, helping our clients make informed decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives.
But we’re about more than just surveys. We’re building a business that puts clients first, takes pride in the quality of its work, and is working hard to become the brand people think of when it comes to residential surveying.

Someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about clients and wants to be part of a growing business with big ambitions.
At Landview, performance, accountability and responsibility are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in hiring for attitude over experience, and we want people who are willing to learn, develop and take ownership of their work.
You’ll need to be AssocRICS qualified as a minimum, with the technical ability to undertake residential surveys and Red Book valuations. Whether you’re starting out in your surveying career and looking for the right company to grow with, or you’re an experienced surveyor ready for a change, we’d love to hear from you.

We take a structured, staggered approach to your first six months at Landview, tailoring your induction to your experience and development needs. You’ll have ongoing support from your Area Manager throughout your induction and beyond, alongside a wider team of surveyors you can turn to for practical, day-to-day advice and guidance out on site. We want you to feel supported, build your confidence and have the right people around you to help you succeed.
