David Coplin-Chard Named Finalist for Residential Surveyor of the Year at RICS Matrics Awards 2026

The recognition celebrates David's contribution to the residential surveying profession and his commitment to delivering high standards of professional service to homebuyers.

The RICS Matrics Awards recognise outstanding individuals and organisations across the surveying and property professions, highlighting achievement, professional development and contribution to the industry.
Being named a finalist for Residential Surveyor of the Year represents significant recognition of David's work within residential surveying and the standards he continues to promote through Landview Surveyors.
